　　本片以1398年发生在朝鲜李氏王朝的"戊寅靖社"事件为背景，讲述了三个男人的欲望和野心。还有一名为了报复而接近男主人公的妓女，却爱上仇人男主人公。四个人将身心投入到犬色声马中，无法自拔…… 三个男人更是沉浸在自己的世界中，在历史的洪流中谱写一幕幕血雨腥风……

　　奥地利诗人英格褒·巴赫曼与瑞士文豪马克斯·弗里施坠入爱河而又分手，为情所伤的她开启了前往沙漠的避世之旅。本片通过对巴赫曼与弗里施、德国作曲家汉斯·亨策、奥地利剧作家阿道夫·欧佩尔之间故事的交叉叙述，刻画了这位诗人从“为情所伤”到“追求意志独立”的女性自我觉醒过程。曾以《德国姐妹》拿下威尼斯电影节金狮奖的导演玛加蕾特·冯·特罗塔再次凭借其对女性人物细致入微的体察，展现了巴赫曼在公共光环背后更为真实多元的形象。入围2023年柏林电影节主竞赛单元。

　　安娜（明妮·德里弗 Minnie Driver 饰）是一名单身母亲，和儿子杰西（鲍比·科尔曼 Bobby Coleman 饰）过着相依为命的生活。一个女人独自抚养孩子是何等的不易，但安娜从来就没有放弃过希望，而是通过努力的工作来为杰西铺设一个相对来说比较美好的未来。
　　索尔（杰瑞米·雷纳 Jeremy Renner 饰）是一个赌鬼，因为欠下了累累赌债而身陷巨大的麻烦之中。在一场意外里，索尔遇见了安娜和杰西，这意外的相遇令安娜失去了一切，也彻底的毁掉了索尔本就摇摇欲坠的人生。因为过失杀人罪，索尔被关进了监狱，一晃眼多年过去，当安娜再度见到这个男人时，内心的痛苦和黑暗卷土重来。

　　一场聚会上，一名女生为了拒绝男生的侵犯而失手砸伤男生，随后她与同伴不断受到男方的威胁和骚扰，并被男方以“故意伤害罪”告上法庭，一场黑白颠倒的诉讼就此展开。在这场黑白颠倒的诉讼中，几位女生该如何走出“规则”的困局？

　　Donelly（Brendan Gleeson 饰）从医生口中得到一个坏消息，他的妻子不久前刚刚去世。悲伤Donelly将他们宠物兔子的照片放在妻子手中，于清晨独自踏上开往都柏林家中的列车。
　　火车上，Donelly的对面坐着一个喋喋不休的青年（Rúaidhrí Conroy 饰），青年似乎对一切都颇为不满，空中充满抱怨，时而与邻座的夫妇发生口角。那对夫妇刚刚失去自己最心爱的女儿，而青年尖刻的话语令丈夫（David Wilmot 饰）暴怒不已，妻子（Aisling O'Sullivan）则在绝望之余作出痛苦的选择。
　　随之而来的一场变故让Donelly突然发现，就在前一天晚上，他们都失去了生命中最为重要的东西……

　　盲人阿里正在自杀，楼道管理员敲开了他的家门，告诉他警方正在搜索的逃犯莱拉就躲在大楼里。渐渐地，阿里发现这个女人其实就藏在他的房子里。莱拉因参与了一场工人抗议运动并引起了骚乱被警方带走，四岁的儿子因此失踪，为此莱拉懊悔不已。逐渐地，阿里对莱拉有了感情，帮助莱拉成为他逃避现实的一种方式。

　　A village on the Georgian Black Sea is full of friendly people convinced they know each other. One day, Eliko is found hanged. His granddaughter Moe comes to organize his funeral. She is confronted with a web of lies and the tragic consequences of Eliko’s hidden love life with Amnon, which lasted 22 years. The truth however frees Moe’s capability to love and forces the villagers to take a stand.

　　Do-gyeong jumped in to save his student Jiyong from drowning. After the two pass away, Myeongji, Do-gyeong's wife, and Jieun, Jiyong's sister, are left alone in the world, having to cope with the loss of their loved ones. Myeongji travels to Warsaw, Poland, to avoid her harsh reality. She meets an old friend and hides her husband's death as if trying to reject the tragedy.

　　14-year-old Jimmy (played by Tyrell Williams) practices kung fu. For the lion dance, which is performed out on the streets, he is determined to hold the head of the lion. But when his teacher, the sifu, announces the new crew, his dream comes crashing down. He has to make do with the tail end, while the talented newcomer Li Jié (Haye Lee) is given the coveted place. Jimmy does all he can to become number one and earn his place up front with the head. But this means he has to defeat a number of annoying bullies, convince the sifu of his qualities and, especially, overcome himself.
　　Williams, a former Dutch karate champion and Lee, a kung fu practitioner, jump and kick in their first feature film. Kung fu leeuw is an exciting film for young people about the challenges of growing up – which are easier to face when you’re armed with the wisdom of the martial arts. Filmmaker Froukje Tan uses Rotterdam as the backdrop for the lion dance, highlighting the less obvious traditions of the city.
　　Previously, Froukje Tan made the feature films Swchwrm (2012) and Links (2008), and the short Het jongetje dat niemand verstond (2002).
