明正德年间，禁卫百户耿烈因钦差被杀贬为捕头。此时宁昌府发生连串命案，波及宁王寿宴，耿烈奉命追查。为宁王献画富商被毒杀，刺杀钦差的女杀手再次出现，这一切让耿烈意识到宁昌府酝酿的风暴，将会改变大明的朝局。

　　当朝太祖皇帝最喜爱的砚中极品“七星端砚”被劫，押镖的一干人马也命丧黄泉，而朝廷则传出话来，要镖局噤声，少镖主王振威（周群达 饰）闻言非常愤怒。李云聪（张智尧 饰）接马匪屠玉雄（叶鹏 饰）密报，他们要求释放在押重犯屠玉豹（蔡振汉 饰），否则毁掉端砚，并将此事诏告天下。这样一来，不但朝廷命官们受牵连，天下镖局也脱不了干系。王振威决定联合其他镖局解决此事，无奈摄于屠氏三雄淫威，没人敢出手相帮。王振威只好只身前往案发地河间，联手河间好友武林高手史大龙（尹天照 饰），但史碍于幼年时曾被屠家所救，不愿插手此事。沈飞燕赶来相帮，但几经交涉未果，生性正直的史大龙决定出手相帮……

　　未来，人类开始通过飞跃星门进行星际旅行。飞船穿越星门，可以瞬间跨越数十光年，再从另一个星门飞跃出来。随着大规模使用星门，人类发现，在飞越的过程中飞船可能会迷失在星门之中，一旦迷失少则几年多则几十年才有可能从里面出来，它被称为「星门深渊」。
　　一艘星际飞船意外被困「星门深渊」，21名乘客只有4人能进入冬眠舱获得活下去的机会。惊恐的众人纷纷聚集在货仓中，面对宝贵的生存名额，船长一派放出被禁锢的异星怪兽企图通过操控怪兽屠杀他人，前火星太空军飞行员路明挺身而出，船员相继被生化改造怪兽杀害。经过一番搏斗，路明终于找到机会给怪兽注射神经毒素杀死了它，但自己也不幸重伤倒地。在这个黑暗深渊中，一场正义的战役正在开启。

Harry Moseby (Gene Hackman), a worn-out private detective, is hired to look for a 16-year-old girl who has run away from the luxury home of her mother, formerly a small-time actress in Los Angeles. The more the weary cynic tries to get under the surface of the seemingly simple case, the harder it is for him to find his bearings among the lies and deceptions that surround him. Eight years after the key New Hollywood film Bonnie and Clyde, Arthur Penn and Gene Hackman reunited to collaborate on what was to become one of the most undervalued films of the decade. Like Polanski in Chinatown or Altman in The Long Goodbye, in his revisionist film noir, Penn also allows the 1940s classic genre to pervade the complex reality of the 1970s. The feelings of bitterness and emptiness in the modern Chandleresque protagonist originate not only in the “public” sphere of the strange, increasingly convoluted case, but in his private life as well (boyhood trauma, a broken marriage). As Moseby remarks of a sporting event, “nobody’s winning … one side is just losing slower than the other.”

　　Tyrese Gibson, John Malkovich and Michael Jai White will star in Red 48, an indie action thriller from Yale Productions.
　　Jon Keeyes (The Harrowing) is directing the feature, which has an original script by Mickey Solis and is wrapping production this week in and around the Tri-State area.
　　Gibson will play Kyle Snowden, a troubled former Marine turned child protective service officer who must save an immigrant child from a dangerous criminal who has trapped them and other hostages inside a convenience store. Adding more power to the keg: The store is owned by the Snowden's stepfather, Sam Safty, being played by Malkovich. White plays Sparks, the Safty's no-nonsense bodyguard and confidant.
　　Gibson is also producing the project along with Keeyes. Jordan Yale Levine and Jordan Beckerman are producing via their Yale Productions banner.
